Manage the emails you receive from us.
To stop receiving marketing and broadcast emails (announcements, new content, promotional offers), email us with the subject line "Unsubscribe" from the address that receives our emails.
We process unsubscribe requests within 48 hours.
Transactional emails — welcome, free-trial reminders, subscription receipts, and account-security alerts — are required to operate your account and cannot be unsubscribed from while your account is active.
If you wish to stop all email from RockRooted, you can delete your account from inside the app:
Open the app → Settings → Data → Delete Account.
Push notifications (daily reminders, weekly reflections, broadcasts) are managed in the app, not by email. Open Settings → Notifications in the app, or in iPhone Settings → RockRooted → Notifications.
